Brief description of the issue:
My OS is Win11 Pro 23H2
I have been noticing a problem with Freestyle that causes serious FPS lag and Stutters with DX12 when Frame Gen is on, I have mainly tested this on Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 and its repeatable each time. The Problem seems to occur when you add the “Details” to the preset and the FPS will fluctuate like crazy, Drivers 537.13 doesn’t seem to have that issue.
I also get nvwgf2umx.dll crashes alot
I have also done many clean installs of the drivers with DDU

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
Turn on DX12 and Frame Gen and then hit Alt F3 then add “details” to your preset
