The serious problem I’m having is that everything’s working well, and I’m feeling a bit left out of many of the forum discussions. I think my posts would get more likes if I had more to complain about.
I haven’t seen any scenery spikes yet and those sound really cool. Yeah the bridges look weird but that’s too easy to ignore and it will probably be fixed before I get a chance to really enjoy it.
What’s the fun in flying around and enjoying the scenery? I hope something goes wrong soon.
I blame MS/Asobo for this. For $60 US I don’t expect something of this quality. It’s too good. Could you please break things more with the next update? A random CTD or two would really add to the experience. Thank you.
if you want to see lots of spike, go to Norway for instance around ENEI.
Interestingly, the spikes disappear when you get close to them, are are replaced by perfectly good terrain, and as soon as you go further than a certain distance, they appear again.
But I agree it’s a relatively minor annoyance.
For something more annoying, you may want to try a bushtrip and as soon as you start the chronometer, you’ll lose complete control of your aircraft and that’s for good, I haven’t found a way to regain control. This happens quite randomly, but it’s rather irritating.

Have to say that i personaly rarely have errors and/or complaints.
Ok, There’s room for improvement but MS/ASOBO are constantly working on that.
So far it’s the best €129,- I’ve spent in years.
Flaged because the forum is divided into two camps. Who likes and who dislikes. And if someone expresses emotionally their dissatisfaction, those who like it hang a flag, because it insults their iridescent feelings. This is how the world works. On the one hand, everyone is yelling about democracy and the right to speak out, and on the other hand, they try to hide any negative statement from all eyes, so as not to spoil the idealized picture of the world.
I myself think that this game is very raw today and it has an incredible number of errors, bugs, imperfections and the developer is simply not able to deal with this because they have never done anything major except arcades. They have no experience. There is no knowledge. They do not listen to the wishes of the simmers. And if they listen, then they do it this way, then their craft does not cause anything but a facepalm. A lot of grandiose ideas have been hacked at the root, a lot has been done just to get you simmers behind the developers and let them continue to reap laurels and get first places in dubious and biased game publications.
Just having a bit of fun and trying not to take the game TOO seriously.
I’m not poking fun at constructive problem posts so much as the repetitive “I’m getting CTDs and you must fix it!” or “Is the sim still junk?” types of comments that aren’t likely to lead to any solutions.

Opinions can rarely be divided into two camps. One ends up mischaracterizing the position of the vast majority of people when one tries to do so (see Polarization).
I don’t care whether Asobo or MS win awards. I also don’t think the game is raw, although it is somewhat unfinished and probably always will be. I remember all the negativity directed toward FSX when it first same out too.
