Server connection speed poor last couple of days (posted 13 September 2022)

Brief description of the issue:

last couple of days pings to all servers have been showing between 100-270ms when first booting the sim. Usually West Europe is 14ms and East coast US is 79ms. If it run a network test on the Xbox series X at the same time, the stats are reported as 892mb d/L 14ms ping.

I am using a gigabit wired connection direct to router on Gigabit fibre internet. After a while the ping settles back to normal.

Yes same issue as OP recently. Yesterday afternoon speeds seemed to go back to normal. I am usually on the West USA server and it runs constant at 32ms on my system. Last few days it was putting me on West Europe at 138ms. All other severs were well over 200ms

I am also on Xbox series X. I am using the latest Beta Build .20.

Speed tested my connection multiple times during this. Showing my mbps at 1000.00 and latency 33ms

Hoping this was a typo bug and not a sever speed issue. Launching the sim seemed like normal play, but there weren’t any players around for me to see latency or lag issues.

Having the same issue today. Maybe it’s a busy Sunday morning in the states? I’m usually on west server but have been on the east server all morning. Again, sim seems to be running just fine.
