Hello,
I have not been able to connect to servers on MSFS for 2 weeks. I am well connected to my XBox Live account, but in MSFS impossible, the server is on automatic and I do not have access to the store or to the photogrammetry.
I saw a post a few days ago stating that some servers were down, I waited to post my message hoping the situation would be ok but it’s been 2 weeks now and still nothing.
I have the DVD Box version and I am in France.
When will it be good please?

Are you using Developer Mode or made changes in it? - NO
PC specs for those who want to assist (if not entered in your profile)
I7 4790K, 32Go Ram, GForce 1080Ti, Windows 10
Did you submit this to Zendesk? If so, what is your ticket #? - NO
If you have the store Version of MSFS ,install the XBox App log out in that app.
Go back to your sim and log in there. Worth a try!

P.S. Just read you have the DVD Version, should work nevertheless.

The servers have been working fine for some time now.
They were only down for a little more than a day.
Did you try to manually select a server?
I know for servers, that’s why I waited 2 weeks before posting a message.
impossible to select a server because none appears in the list.
Did you log out, then back into X-box companion?

Exactly.
I signed out of the Xbox Live app, launched FS, and signed back into my Xbox Live account when it asked me to, and it worked.
