ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue: Unable to load in MSFS 2024, “Server issue detected” message and error code 003-2001-80070525 displayed.
FREQUENCY OF ISSUE
How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?
Starded around UTC11.00AM and its still present at UTC14.00PM.

It’s back now, however I did some actions to force it to work. I read another previous post in the forum wich mentions the same error.
In the replies, someone mentions that a problem might be solved with a delete of an old entry in the host file.
So what I did is that I disabled the community folders and all streamed data(basicly all of the packages folder in the local cache) and deleted the host entries. I’ll link a video about how to do that. After this is done I rebooted my machine and enabled the community/streamed data folers.
After this maneuver I noticed that it seemed like my cloud saves are reseted, however my controller profiles and graphics settings are reachable, it’s jist have to be toggled again in every aircraft. Aand there is another hook related. I noticed that my dlss version and preset settings are reseted back to the out of box setting wich is the 310.1. So I had to set it back to be able to ise dlss 4.5…
Unbelivable theres always some fidling with this cloud gaming stuff.
I’ve had the same problem one hour ago.
I’m located in Europe.
I just relaunched msfs 2024 and it started without problem.
But I’ve had a few “low bandwidth” messages, and terrain was slow loading. I felt like flying without my glasses…
I also completed a flight and I had terrible stutters. I deleted the rolling cache and the scenery indexes together with the nvidia shader cache again. I’m pulling my hair out.

The 003 code is indicating a problem with the license. This can be due to the Gaming Services application not working correctly.
Try these steps (in this exact order) suggested by a MSFS forum member and see if they help:
Open Xbox app and sign out.
Then, open Microsoft Store app and sign out.
Go to Windows Settings → Apps → Installed Apps, click the three dots next to Gaming Services, and select Uninstall.
Restart PC.
Open Microsoft Store app and sign in.
Then open Xbox app and observe the progress from 0% to 100% - this is when Gaming Services is being installed.
Finally, sign in to Xbox app and launch MSFS.
*Gaming services encompass online features that facilitate PC gaming, including Cloud Saves, Multiplayer, Account & License authentication, and Online purchases. If you uninstall Gaming Services or if Gaming Services becomes corrupted or outdated, you will not be able to play games online, play or install Xbox game pass games, and you may have problems installing games from the Microsoft Store.
If the problem persists, reply back with a screenshot of your order for MSFS 2024 that also includes your gamertag/email address as well. Attach a screenshot (.PNG or .JPG format) of your Order History Receipt(s).
