I’m seeing the Xbox sign-in GUI popup and go away very quickly when loading, however once loaded I can’t get on to the servers and can’t access marketplace either… and my tech alpha livery is gone too
XBox Live status is all green.
Try logging out of XBox and back in.
Can sign in and out of Xbox ok, just can’t get on FS servers… not getting any terrain data downloaded either… don’t recall UK looking like this last time I flew in this area
Well, as a quick check, some people reported uncommanded OFF on Online Functionality, and/or Bing Maps and Photogrammetry in the General-Data menu.
All are set to on and have not been changed.
The issue is the server connection - simply can’t connect even though I’m signed in. All I see in the list is automatic which is endlessly spinning.
Try cycling the connections in the Data Menu. It worked for someone over the weekend.

I had multiple failed connection attempts today while staring the sim, and just retrying got me in each time. I’ve not had any issues with scenery downloading though.

This fix was suggested to me and it worked! :
Exit MSFS2020
Open Microsoft store and log out, then login again and exit store
Open Xbox-console Companion and log out
Start MSFS2020 and log back in Xbox when prompted
It worked for me too after hours of messing around.
