Is there anyway to set custom weather conditions at different weather stations/airports (like FSX)??
Say, take-off from New York JFK with light clouds, light winds and then set the weather for my destination (say Chicago O’Hare) as heavy clouds, rain/snow?

Thats not possible now I think… But would be a great feature indeed. Maybe put it on the wishlist so people can vote for it?
That might be something that the REX Weather app would actually be suited for, interpreting a METAR at a given location?

You would think if they were releasing a new verision of a long running, very popular game title they would include all the functions of the previous game and add more functions for a better user experience
