Settings have been reset

Hi all

Last time I was on the sim 3 days ago all was well.

Today I booted up the game and it gave me options to choose data streaming or not and then told me what level of settings my system could use. It then told me that it had found various control peripherals.

When I got into the game itself all my graphic, pilot experience, difficulty settings had been reset. My control configurations were still in there and I was signed in.

Can anyone help with what has happened?

Is your GPU software setup to control game graphic settings?

I have no idea. I have a GTX 4090 if that helps. Game mode is off.

Is GeForce Experience installed? If so, check to see if it’s optimizing MSFS graphic settings.

This is a well documented bug. It has supposedly been fixed, but the same thing happened to me a couple of days ago. It’s extremely frustrating.

Hi all, Just to close this off. I believe I lost the settings as I was in windowed mode and closed the Sim by closing the window and as opposed to quit to desktop. Apparently this can trigger the issue I had.
