Settings in the options are no longer saved after SU7

Brief description of the issue:
The settings under Options are no longer saved after the GOTY update.

After every flight, e.g. changing an aircraft, the settings are all set to Easy.

Detail steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
Every Time

Build Version # when you first started experiencing this issue:
