Fixed it, just renamed the rollingcache.ccc in the C:\Users\blablabla\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_blablabla\LocalCache - directory. and the sim starts again. (blablabla is just a placeholder replace them by the names used in your own system). It worked for me hope it works for you too, good luck.
