Is there any way to share configuration settings with other users? I have an X-55 Rhino, which isn’t supported by default, but should basically have the same bindings with the X-56. I’m wondering if there’s any way to export and import configs so that I can just use the X-56 one as a starting point.
I think some one has just raised a ticket for the X52 Hotas, for just the same issue.
IM hoping that I can work through, set the binds and save a profile.
I have just downloaded the latest software set for the X52, 64bit as I didnt realise it was the very bottom option, not the top one one the logitech site.
Ive another hour yet before I can start to download, but we shall see in the early hours of the morning. I will update the post with any success/failure.
yesh plz , i have a X-55 rhino too… some default fields when creating a ‘new profile’ would be handy.
guys I’ve recently purchased the game and the controllers. is there a file / mapping or an update on the best customer mapping for these controllers ? any help is greatly appreciated
no updates , it’s do it yourself on joysticks that are not supported by msfs.
Hey Steve ,
Thanks for responding , that truly is my nightmare as I have little understanding on the button names and what the function does.
Whats the best way to do this ? Appreciate the help. If there’s anyone in Melbourne Australia that can help me do this I’m happy to compensate them for their time !!
profiles can be shared, the configs are located here:
C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\msusername\1250410\remote
and the files are called:
inputprofile_*
they can be opened in notepad, the 3rd line will say which device its for
