For each peripheral I usually have a set of basic keybindings that I setup, e.g. view controls setup. From this profile I duplicate profiles to make the controls for various types of aircraft so I have my basic controls on all profiles the same, but aircraft controls different.
The problem is now if I want to change some of my basic controls, I need to do the changes on all profiles which is very tedious.
I wish for a kind of shared keybindings option where we can say this keybindings should be applied to profile x, y and z.
Or a kind of shared profile that knows its sub profiles and changes all keybindings set in the shared one to the sub profiles automatically.
Thanks
What you want is what SPAD.NeXT offers: Snippets made up of keybindings that can be saved and applied to any individual aircraft profile. Even better, the profiles are loaded automatically when an aircraft is loaded into your hanger. You want it for free, which I certainly understand.
Thanks for pointing SPAD.Next out.
I hear of that for a lot of issues I have. I would certainly and happily pay for that, I don’t want it for free. The problem is, I need it on Xbox, so it must be part of the core sim or some add on in the marketplace, which seems not possible due to the closed nature of the platform.
Maybe MSFS24 will have more advanced features built in.
Anyways, thanks for the reply!
Have a nice one!

Understood. In that case, I heartily agree with your wish.
