in Beta 3, Sheeps are as big as cows
Or are the cows as small as sheep!! …
Hi,
Giving people a location or something to go on could help the QA team to reproduce the issue and developers to troubleshoot. These particular animal models might be different than cow and sheep models somewhere else.
If what I saw one day were sheep, they also move in very disturbing ways. I’m not real familiar with sheep in real life but these were acting a bit psychotic with the way they ran around really quick in strange patterns.
Sheep are very psychotic!
Perhaps they are well-fed sheeps? (voted)
Thank you for the bug report.
We have created an internal ticket to see if our team already has this logged, and if not they will attempt to reproduce the issue and create a new bug report. This item is now marked as feedback-logged. If there is an existing bug report or one is created, we will move this thread to bug-logged.
Maybe they’re in Texas.
They say everything’s bigger there…
They gave them too much protein. These sheep lift!
Or are the cows too small? Lol
I measured the sheep

This looks like a Poll Merino or a Corriedale. The heavy wool and clean face are classic Poll Merino traits, while the Corriedale can look similar but is generally more dual-purpose (meat + wool). Given the uniform wool and lack of facial wool, I’d lean toward Poll Merino as the most plausible match. Still, it’s a big sheep in real life too!
Breed | Length (m) | Shoulder Height (m) |
---|---|---|
Merino | 1.2 – 1.4 | 0.7 – 1.0 |
*Poll Merino | 1.2 – 1.4 | 0.8 – 1.1 |
*Corriedale | 1.2 – 1.4 | 0.8 – 1.1 |
Suffolk | 1.2 – 1.3 | 0.75 – 1.0 |
Got to admire your depth of research!
Can you make the same evaluation with a cow ?
May be the cows are too small after all…
This could be the least important bug i’ve ever seen in a flight simulator to be honest, but i admire this community. We do our own research to find the correct height of a SHEEP! No more words needed
Well, I believe we are on to something here …most important work!!
…we will of course now require all animals to be compared …no point in starting something and not finishing it !
Is it a realistic simulation yes or no ?
