Should I pull the trigger on this NVME SSD?

I ordered the Samsung (MZ-V7S1T0B/AM) 970 EVO Plus SSD 1TB - M.2 NVMe Interface Internal Solid State Drive with V-NAND Technology for my laptop and can’t wait for it to get here. Sequential read and write performance levels of up to 3,500MB/s and 3,300MB/s, respectively. Amazon and other places have it on sale for $149.99 USD. I’m going to pick up 2 of them today while I am at Best Buy for the same price, and cancel my order from Amazon. This will give me 3 internal SSDs in my laptop, and I will probably set them all up in a RAID format.
