Shutting down FS2020

Is there any way to directly exit FS2020 from the flight page? I seem to have to go back to the menu page, which takes time to load, so have resorted to the 3 finger salute and close the flightsim off in Task Manager. - am I missing something?

Seems any changes you made to your hanger will be lost if you don’t exit the “right” way. Not sure about other changes.
