I haven’t had a chance to fire up the sim for a few weeks due to busy real world commitments, but today I finally managed to get my first look at the Italian world update.
The route I chose was from Palermo (LICJ), along the northern coast of the island to the straight of Messina, before flying past the crater of Mount Etna, and descending into land at nearby Sigonella military airport.
Unfortunately the ground textures around Etna’s summit are a bit choppy- but a great little tour none the less!
