I have recently transitioned to MSFS24 and taken with me one of my favorite sceneries, which is SLLP by Sierrasim. I had bought this from the MSFS Marketplace and it worked very well in MSFS 2020. In MSFS 2024, though, I cannot get the jetways to move, either with GSX or with the aircraft EFB. This is still the case, even after I upgraded the scenery to the MSFS 2024 version.
Is anyone else having this problem as well? Does it also happen if you bought the scenery from SimMarket or the developer’s website?

Thanks for the feedback. Seems to be an issue with the scenery then. I hope Sierrasim fix this in an update.
Please use the ATC radio to activate the jetways. Sometimes, tablets cannot activate them. We hope Asobo can fix this bug soon.
Thank you @Sierrasim5720 for your remark - I took it as an incentive to re-test. What had thrown me off is that the ATC radio in MSFS24 doesn’t give you the option to call for jetway docking. Instead, you have to request passenger boarding, as I found out just now.
In any case, you are right that this way the jetway can be moved, so thanks for that.
It still beats me, though, why neither the aircraft EFB nor GSX are abvle to toggle the jetway. It worked fine in MSFS2020, and it also works fine for all the other Sierrasim sceneries I have tested so far in MSFS24 (MYNN, SKBG, SKCC, even SEGU). So what is different with SLLP?
Hello @WernerAir, we have tested with the MSFS2024 SDK updated tools for Blender and basically there is no difference or error, it seems that the simulator allows the simulator to operate the jetways with the tablet of the stage cabin or not, to cite an example in the NWWW Jetways that is our most updated scenario the jetways work with the jetways with the tablet, but in SLLP compiling with the last SDK version does not work, we will continue to do tests to see what happens with it, we soon expect a solution to it
