You must load the maximum passenger and cargo that your weight and balance will allow.

May I assume, in Asobo 787, the maximum can be reached by sliding the payload to 100% in “Weight and balance” menu?

Everyone will take off at Kai Tak, VHHX, at 0800 Local time, 0000Z April 16, 2023, or, 1700 PST, April 15, 2023.

Does this mean I can start the engine, taxing or even line up on the runway in VHHX before 0800LT?
