Uninstalled game per MS instrux, turned off A/V, cleared folders (they were empty), rebooted and so on.
Game ran previously to attempting update with no issues. Now it will take a varying amount of time (3 minutes to 20 minutes) to get to the screen shot. Nothing is selectable on the Installation Manager page.
Task Manager shows 7ish % CPU, 900ish MB Mem and the app cycles from mostly " Not Responding" to appearing to be running. Mostly not.
Any thoughts ? Is this just servers being hammered and not responding ? Thanks for the mandatory update. Game is useless now.
