ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue: I’m in the PC-12 NXG in the parking area prior to taxiing. I enter a VFR flight plan in the EFB (see 1st and third screenshots below) and route it to ATC and Avionics. In the PC-12 MFD, I select the arrival as runway 05R, visual 05R and straight (see second screenshot). I Insert and then double check. The SIM has changed the flight plan to RNAV (Screenshot 4) which I do not wish to fly. The RNAV is still there after activate, delete discontinuity and activate again. Trying to figure out why SIM will not retain my VFR flight.

Enter VFR flight in EFB and send to ATC and Avionics

Select VFR flight options (as above) in the PC-12 MFD

Insert - SIM changes the VFR flight to an RNAV or ILS
