Yeah. A lot of people (most, in fact) seem to have Live Weather working just fine. For some of us, it’s never worked beyond the first flight (I being one of those). And for others, it just refuses to work altogether.
This fix isn’t ideal, as you have to select Live Weather every flight after it’s loaded. As a result, you may get some really odd runway assignment to take off (down / cross wind) when another runway would have likely been a better option. But it will give you perfectly working weather through your entire flight every time as long as you don’t change its initial state.
If you do, then you have to restart the sim and go through that process again to re-initialize that clear state for the workaround to function again.
