Although the driver versions are possibly the same it could well be that you need to reinstall:
- Your mainboard drivers from MSI
- Your processor and your chipset drivers from AMD (2 separate downloads)
Visit your MS account and delete any obsolete devices
Check that Windows is activated and if not then do so, you shouldn’t need a new licence.
