It was one of the folling apps: Voicemeeter potato, navigraph simlink, stream deck or tobii eytracker. I dont know which one.
I am downloading almost 100Gb updates right now (60% after 3,5h 
). I can tell you which app msfs prevents to start. I guess voicemeeter potato.
