Sim keeps looking for SaiD0763.pr0 (Saitek Rudder) and NPClient64.dll (Trackir)

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

The sim keeps searching forever for SaiD0763.pr0 and NPClient64.dll. This can run in the millions and it’s a waste of system resources.

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?

For those that have the Saitek/Logitech Rudders I included a fix to stop the spam searching.

Rename to said0763.pr0 and put the file in C:\WINDOWS\System32\
