It would help to know your history.
Has it ever worked on your system, was it caused by an update, have you changed any hardware, what is your system CPU/GPU/memory, did you have problems with the download, have you had other problems with your computer, is it Steam, store download or disc etc?
It’s always best to give too much information rather than too little.
