Sim slows down

I recently built a new computer for gaming and especially for MSFS. However I am very disappointed in the slow down of the graphics and it gets what I call the herky jerkys and becomes had to deal with. Starts out well normally and goes down hill at the end of a flight that may only be less that three hours. I checked the frame rates which are low and adjusting the graphic settings makes no difference. I am enclosing photos and as you can see i have an I7 with 12 cores, 32 ram, RTX 4070TI 12 gb. The CPU is running at 18% and the GPU at 8% so I dont see why there is a problem unless it is the Thread limit or mayby my Monitor which is an ACER Predator with GSYNCH. Help please if you can

What speed of that RAM? 2x16? Same build?

Correct BIOS RAM profile? (XMP)

Your sim settings? I see you fly at 1080P. Why? You have a 4070, it‘s wasted at that resolution.

Can your cooling support your hardware?

The Ram is 4 sticks of 8. Not sure if it is the same build.
How do i correct the Bios RAM XMP?
I will check and see if I can increase the from 1080P
You think something is running hot? I have five large fans and the CPU has three.

Will have to play with it tomorrow. Got to go to work today

If the ram isn’t all the same, you will have issues.

The long frame times indeed point towards a problem with your memory. If the sticks aren’t the same they will not work together really well, possibly not at all. Their speed is important, too. Every time your Bios gets reset, for example because you change your CPU, it will load the default memory profile. I don’t know your mainboard but it should be relatively obvious. If you for example have RAM at 3200MHz and the XMP is set to 2666 you will not run your memory sticks at their correct speed. Of course you first need to know what you actually have.

I will buy different ram thanks

ASUS ROG Strix Z690-A Gaming WiFi D4 LGA 1700 Intel 12th ATX Gaming motherboard
