Hi there Devs
I understand that Sim Update 3 is due in early March. Will the " aircraft shutdown popup screen" bug be fixed on this occasion ? I heard the ASOBO rep. on the last online Q&A session admit that this issue is indeed a bug and they should fix it. I for one have always found this most annoying and will be grateful to be rid of it.

No way to know untill the release notes come online
Unless I missed something somewhere, I don’t think they ever confirmed they were going to get rid of it at all, let alone promise it for any particular update.
While I’m not fond of that particular “feature”, I would rather see their efforts going towards fixing the mountains of broken things vs something rather insignificant as that.

I guess it’s not a question about whether it will be in the patch or not? And the plea of one of the unfortunate user tired of this bug. I double my bet.

Boy I hope so. I can’t stand that thing.
It was Martial who admitted there was a bug, namely that you loose your log entry if you press Continue, but he did not agree that removing the window was the right solution.
Personally, I don’t care much about my flight log, so I just press continue because I like to shut down everything and leave the plane in an orderly fashion.
But yes, it is a strange thing to have popping up without asking for it.
