Anyone came across the attached images, error code, sim will not load?
which anti-virus solution you own ?
It was Bitdefender.
But not that as disabled / unloaded and still did same!
Restart of system cleared error !

Normallly logging out and back into xbox game app or ms store clears this problem. I normally restart the PC in the middle to be sure.
