SOLVED FOR ME:
Removed a previous used Registry-Tweak an now it works . Key named TdrLevel in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\GraphicsDrivers.
So I removed that key and now it works
