So, not having touched the sim for a few weeks I thought I’d wait a day before i updated to 40ya edition. So, today, I started the PC and clicked the MSMS2020 start icon and get zero reaction. Nothing.
Tried opening the XBox app. Same thing. Tested starting it from the Store app. Nope. (Three different apps to start an app, btw, great design right there …)
Read somewhere that these kinds of things can happen if XBox live - whatever - service is down so I clicked that link (Xbox Support) and have now been entertained by an XBox logo load animation for five minutes on an otherwise white page.
Does anything work these days with this sim? It’s like buying an expensive TV set with cutting edge tech, only to realize what you got is a bunch of cables, some buttons and knobs and a handful of circuitry that now needs to be assembled.
Has anyone else seen this?
