It would seem that under certain conditions, the AP can get into an unstable state, where even cycling power to the AP, does not reset it’s internals.
Even completely shutting down the plane does not reset it.
The only was to reset it is to re-load the plane.
Ideally, turning OFF the AP should reset its internals, but this is not the case.
So, could either those internals be reset when the AP is turned OFF, or introduce a simconnect Event that will do that. ie “Reset AP”
I am talking about specifically the KAP-140 AP (but this unstable condition may also extend into other AP systems)
