SimWorks Studios and PILOT'S Dash 7!

Oh my last flight I don’t remember any performance issues. I’m on version 1.65 now.

Try this landing in your Dash 7. It was dropping off jet fuel for a Bell 206 Longranger helicopter. See the video here. An-3lh8P0nfX94j2o6xKwaAquTOh3G4yBlSez0IlRGoXJyERHKA2l5TXeqMpp4LzGa7ljrcthBecQA2-_HDqcVBX.mp4 - Google Drive

lol I’m with you, man. Wheel up is numbers up
Had the same reaction today while flying it.

Awesome video & great catch - that’s a very impressive approach and landing. The Dash-7 in its true element.

Thanks for sharing.

Is your steering tiller in the neutral position? If not as soon as you land, it would veer off (and go in circles)

Saw this last week in Timmins, Ontario.

A few minutes ago we released the Dash 7 v1.68 (MSFS PC Version) for all our PILOT’S shop customers, a Marketplace release will follow very soon.

The ChangeLog is as follows:

ChangeLog v1.68

All Models -
Revised all exterior and interior LOD models for improved FPS performance.

To clarify the above, the latest MSFS SDK offers some enhancements and fixes over older SDK versions in the way the actual 3D model is exported from 3ds Max. Those enhancements and fixes are passed onto the Dash 7 model during the compile process, which is the last step before the aircraft package is ready for the Community Folder. We believe that this will offer improved FPS performance in the actual sim.

As always, I look forward to your feedback.

With this version I am getting the veering off the runway issue reported above. Veers left on takeoff and right on landing. Rudder doesn’t seem effective.

Edit: It seems to be related to the gate lever. When I hear the sound of the gate opening or closing, the plane starts to veer off course.

Is a dash 8 being made?

Yes by Majestic Software.

But don’t hold your breath.

We all gonna get old before majestic decides to release their Dash8
