The only way I was able to replicate your complaint about it “burying a wing” in a crosswind was to hold upwind aileron right to takeoff speed, which is not realistic.

That’s kind of how it behaved for me, when I last flew it. Only difference is that as I recall there was no cross-wind.
I’ll have to try it again, later today.
