Description of the issue:
Since 1.6.19.0 (1.6.18.0 was fine) double POI Gustavia lighthouse (default and custom scenery) and default ship in harbor mixed up with the custom ship from SLH Sim Designs Saint Barths Airport (TFFJ) . Is something wrong with the order of the scenery layers and exclusions?
