Brief description of the issue:
I have a problem since Monday: whatever time I want to force, the game clock goes back between 00:00 and 00:59, then arrived at 00:59 returns to 00:00
I have uninstalled and reinstalled MSFS : I get the same problem. HELP ME !!!

For about 2 months since playing MSFS I only use chart.navigraph.com and navigraph simlink. I never had a problem. Since this weekend I have also installed OnAir Company Airline Manager. All worked perfectly until midnight Monday.
The clock seems frozen on this time slot.

Provide Screenshot(s)/video(s) of the issue encountered:

Detail steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
Select a plane
Select an airport
Set the time for instance 10:00 UTC
Start the flight
Until I enter into the plane the time is well 10:00 UTC
When I switch into the cockpit, one second after the clock changes backwards to 00:55 then at 00:59 it goes backwards again to 00:00. At 00:59 again back to 00:00.
If I use the meteo panel to change the clock in game, one second after it comes back at a value randomly between 00:00 and 00:59 then it loops.

Could a developer help find out what’s going on?

Hi,

Trying to troubleshoot by myself (waiting your help) . Here is what I could find:

Reinstalling without any change and starting MSFS the game run well and the clock work as expected.

I saved this “out of the box” directory C:\users<my_account>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Flight Simulator (I will call it MSFS_OWN_DATA)

I tried just to put back a saved copy of the MSFS_OWN_DATA with all my history and then the problem is coming back.

Putting back the “out of the box” MSFS_OWN_DATA and the clock works well again.

I restored as well the directories “Vols” and “MISSIONS” from the old MSFS_OWN_DATA and I found back where I was into the bush trips. And the clock works always well.

  • Is there other local files to restore?

So I can provide a zipped copy of this MSFS_OWN_DATA directory tree to your support in order to understand and troubleshoot where is the bug.

Best regards

Bad news… The bug is come back :frowning: I can no more play, neither work around. The Support doesn’t answer since I raised the problem 6 days ago now. HELP me please.
