Is there a way to get rid of the co-pilot and just have a single pilot?
Yes. You do a simple edit in the aircraft.cfg file. However, you do need to make sure you back it up first. I am away from the computer so I can’t explain now, but will if there is interest.

In the aircraft.cfg:

//copilot_attach_node = “PILOT_1”
The double slash tells the system to ignore that line.

No idea. Oh, and with today’s update, you’ll probably have to re-do the edits.
Edit: You will have to re-do your edits. The source file I quoted above has been overwritten.
