Skip the Accessibility Screen please just take us straigh the main home screen and make the initial launch screen just an option seems very unncessary.
The main issue I have with this screen is that the music doesn’t change when loading is complete and this screen appears.
While 2024 loads faster than 2020 (especially now, with nothing in the Community folder), I often do something else whilst waiting. With 2020, I know when it has loaded because the music changes as the main menu opens. With 2024 I don’t know when it’s ready.
Having an option to bypass this would solve it. I believe the music changes slightly in 2024 also, once the main menu opens.
I see the need to keep it by default, for those who might need it or wish to change settings frequently.
I don’t. There is literally no reason to have this screen: boot into the main menu, and make “accessibility” part of the settings there. And then bring back the actual “settings” button instead of having that stupid tiny gear icon in the upper right. If your main menu is tile based, make the settings a normal tile that you you can select (similar to how when 2020 was tab based, settings were their own tab). Because that’s good UX.
Still no fix for this ? It’s very annoying.
