Sky Dolly puts a lot of emphasis on providing an easy to use interface, that is both intuitive to use and efficient.
- Want to record a flight? Simply press the record button (no “poppies” ever block your workflow).
- Want to replay a just recorded flight? Simply press the play button (no need to reload the flight first in MSFS).
Sounds simple. And that’s exactly how it should be. Because your creativity should be used for your replay, and not for working around user interface quirks.
But listen to what the community has to say about it:
"WOW! That works great! I didn’t have to program anything in MSFS, the keys you had set worked fine. This really streamlines working with Sky Dolly on videos! :o)
Thanks for providing the absolute best MSFS recording software on the planet! And I’ve tried every one of them!" (Roy, via email)
The following cinematic video was featured in a recent Development Update. The replay was done using Sky Dolly:
It is a phantastic video done by Soup Guy and worth watching until the end!
The just released Sky Dolly v0.19.1 brings a few minor quality of life improvements, including a better Windows 11 user interface style (there remain still some minor visual issues with that style, so the default style on Windows 11 remains “Fusion” for the time being).
