When I hover the mouse pointer over a link, a small pop-up window should appear, but it doesn’t work.
Does anyone know anything about this?

Not sure I ever noticed, the link works if you click it, and the “pop up” information works for other areas that I recall it working.
You’d probably have better luck getting it fixed by contacting skyvector directly.

I just tested it and I can see the charts dropdown for that airport.
Have you tried clearing your browsers cache?
