Brief description of the issue:
The keyboard binding for Slew is set to ‘Y’, which I believe is the default.
Pressing Ctrl-Shift-Y also invokes Slew mode.

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
Load MSFS, position any aircraft ready for use.
Confirm in the Controls/Keyboard mappings that Slew is set to ‘Y’.
Press Ctrl-Shift-Y - Slew mode will be toggled.
