ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue: The sliders in windows like the weather panel, VFR map, and camera work fine when they remain on the game screen. However, when I switch to windowed mode and move them to a separate window, the sliders stop working. When I try to drag them, they stay in place.

REPRODUCTION STEPS

- Launch MSFS and enter a flight.
- Open a window such as the weather panel, VFR map, or camera settings while keeping them within the game screen.
- Observe that the sliders work properly.
- Switch to windowed mode and move these windows to a separate screen or outside the main game window.
- Try to interact with the sliders. Notice that they do not respond and stay in place when attempting to drag them.
