so the BIG question Restart will start the whole process again ???
Nothing wrong with streaming data, it’s the same as TV and Video that is mostly streamed these days… Calculations and other stuff is done locally.

Like lot of others (from a french forum), was stuck at 97; restarted (as adviced on twitter MSFS support), and now stuck at 0%

restarted my system after a windows update forced me to 
now MSFS24 not even starting to load but staying at 0% for about 60 seconds and then jumping to Error screen, server issue detected.
Guess initial start will not be done tonight huh
Has anyone noticed that it names the steam folder “limitless” instead of fs 2024? It also says “limitless” in dlcs
That happened to me but stayed at Customize screen for an hour.I aborted but this time id suggest leaving it for hours if need be.I will try this.
Yes, but quicker. Now I’m stuck at 0% and a sever issue. Calling it a day.

That makes sense if their servers are down. I think I’m going to return to the check-in area and have my dinner. Try again tomorrow.
Mine did restart from beginning.

The exact thing happened to me. 16% then 50% then 90% then it worked, now im on Identity thingy and the spinning loading thing in the corner.
The official advice to restart if stuck above 90% just seems like a good way to add even more load to the servers.
I’m giving up while I make dinner. Will check in later but not expecting anything positive to happen this evening.

Hey, I found a way out of the 97% screen… pull the ethernet cable out of the PC - MSFS immediately notices 
You then get an Esc to quit option. It hung for a while but it actually worked. I call that a win! 
I’ll try again later. Pity there’s nothing mentioned yet in the “Top Known Issues” article. Also no forum announcements as yet to help keep people in the loop.

So if this happens when tens of thousands of people are streaming … i rather had a 150gb version with less streaming !!
