I feel like the MSFS flight model has improved significantly since release and is on par to X-Plane. I’m sure they have pros and cons of each.
As to each plane it may be a case of “Garbage in, Garbage out”. If an individual plane has a poor flight model data it does not matter how good the sim flight model is. The sim flight model is only going to be as good as the aircraft data it gets.
