Right… so if they hypothetically say they have identified issues and are working on it flat out for a hot fix release next week, say… then that’s what, lying? Wasting your time?
I don’t understand what people want them to say 
or why there’s any confusion as to why we don’t get told more than “it is being worked on” because… psst… it’s the truth! (Unless people think we are being lied to in which case there will be no pleasing them)
We can either have silence until a fix is released, or communication until a fix is released. Take your pick! Asking for communication and then moaning that communication is pointless is… you guessed it… pointless!
