An airplane is not necessary shaking like crazy all the time to make it “realistic”, for example during my second (real) Airbus A319 flight I could not feel the slightest turbulence or wind gusts.
Sorry no real B737 here anywhere for cheap boarding tickets to test their flight characteristics in different weather settings.
