I mostly fly the Beechcraft Bonanza G36 with MSFS 2024
I just purchased a similar system but I got 96gb of memory with a 7950x3d and surprisingly I’ve been in 2020 way more now that I can jack up the fsltl traffic injection. I was landing in KDFW and could see the stream of aircraft behind me. This is definitely a go hard or go home hobby. I’m going to fire up 24 tomorrow and mainly fly that all day
I also wanted to say that after some thought and being a relatively new simmer it baffles me that Microsoft didn’t embrace 3rd party developers. If you ask me it seems like they were trying to eliminate them. If i was navigraph I would be ■■■■■■. Why wasn’t navigraph included or invited to at least help with the efb. Same can be said for traffic injection both Say Intentions and BATC are actively working on traffic injection and from what I understand Asobo made injection even more difficult to do. FSLTL on their discord basically threw their hands up from what I can see and was like stop asking. The Fenix literally the most popular A320 was not included AT ALL. This is really what’s holding me back from 2024 they didn’t embrace the community. Picked a couple of “winners” (inibuilds) and tried to cash in when they could’ve easily involved all these teams of great people and great products.

I just want to say that simbrief which is a part of navigraph is a part of the MSFS EFB FWIW.
Despite all the bugs and things, I haven’t flown in 2020 a single time since installing 2024. At the moment I’m not thrilled with being unable to paint my custom liveries onto any of the planes just yet (well, I found one way I could do the MAX 8 but it would be far more of a time vampire pain than worth). If it really matters that much to me that the Auraluna livery is on the plane that I’m flying that I would only look at from the outside to make a video replay of my landing, then I suppose I’ll go into 2020 but for me the visuals in 2024 are just too nice for me to care about the livery at the moment.
