the DA40 TDI used to be my favourite plane in MSFS, however after SU5 it seems broken: when starting on ground, I can’t seem to get the engine started, when starting in mid-air, it turns off after a couple of seconds and can’t be re-started. It seems the plane is out of fuel no matter how much fuel I load during pre-flight setup. I tried a few other planes and did not experience this issue. I currently have no mods whatsoever installed.
Could someone please try and check if the plane is working for them?
I think I know what’s wrong, you’re using older version of DA40tdi and it didn’t get updated. My Da40 is fine from ramp and runway.
I was in the other thread and same thing happened with the classic c172.
Just to confirm my theory, would you be able to open up your manifest.json and what does your ‘package_version’ say?
Thanks a lot - that did the trick. I was assuming that I had already updated the additional packages by clicking the checkbox during the main update, but that was not the case.
