Photogrammetry don’t work in Paris. All is OK in others country and cities. Just Paris.
I checked all forums over the internet and nothing works. My nat is open and I repeat it works in others cities. My Data don’t increase in Paris but in other countries it works. Please help me. I’m sorry for my bad english

After the sim update, You did go into the marketplace and “buy” the free upgrade?
You have double checked that a glitch hasn’t set your online/photo options to “off”?
Indeed in the store I had to download the updates (in free contents). I don’t understand why this is not specified. I am not a beginner but when the software downloads a few GB of updates I imagine that the content is available automatically and that there is no need to download it again. This point should be put forward to be more easily found for people experiencing problems like me.

Yes, thank you for the answers! This was happening to me, it’s so confusing that the game opens and downloads tons of gigabytes “for an upgrade”, and then you have to come to the forum to realize that you need to go to the marketplace and actually download it. So… what was the upgrade about then? Anyway, glad I found this and fixed my issue. Didn’t have ANY of the new photogrammetry cities (London, Tokyo, Paris…)
Every upgrade regardless of whether it’s a World Update, or a Sim Update - adds improvements to the Base Simulator Code. Then you can add on the additional scenery in the case of a World Update. It makes sense - after all if you’re not interested in that part of the world, why would you want to be required to install it, thereby consuming valuable (and expensive in the case of SSDs) disk space you could use for something else?
That’s true. I guess a reasonable solution would be to just say "head to marketplace to get it! " while you’re in the waiting screens, and this confusion would be avoided.
