Hey guys, I’m stuck at the “Press any key to start” screen. Pressing a key and it just jump back in a loop. anyone else have had this or ideas how to fix it? I’v had no problems until today.

Yes thats happened to me. Close down the app and start again.
Turns out i’m disconnecting and reconnecting to the MS servers don’t know why, my internett connection is fine. I reconnected to the Xbox Game Studio than I was able to start the sim. now in the sim it says Stus Online, Servers automatic. Wonder if they have a server problem at the moment?
(SOLVED) I called my internet provider, and they confirmed issues with the internet services.
Hi, I found this to be a common problem on my system, and I have narrowed it down to a few possible things. It has something to do with sigining into your microsoft account. e.g. microsoft store, xbox app, or the sign in options in windows settings. Check that you are signed in all places and this should fix it. also if for example you are signed into all of those with your credentials, but for example are signed into say Office 365 with your workplace credentials this can cause issues as well. This was my experience and I found that signing out my work O365 fixed this as it cause conflicts. Once i was signed into my own O365 this then matched up with windows store, xbox app etc… and I have not had the issue since. Hope this helps.
