I’ve been having lot of CTD issue and stopped playing. But today I tried to play again and have played for literal hours without a single crash to desktop.
All community aircraft were disabled (it was a safe mode boot I believe). The only change I am aware of that I made to my system, was setting my CPU PL1 and PL2 limits.
My processor is an i9-13900kf. I have a 65W air cooler on my CPU (same one Intel supplies with the 13900f.) I visit intel website to lookup the PL1 and PL2 for the LOCKED version of this CPU (that would be the i9-13900f). I set my PL1 to 65W, and my PL2 to 219W.
I have run a memory test, a cpu diagnostic test, and a hard drive error check. All three tests passed.
